Domestic travel in Greenland

You must wear a face mask when on board a passenger ship that sails regular passenger services anywhere in Greenland.

The cruise ship Sarfaq Ittuk may only be used by persons who are fully vaccinated. There is no exemption from this rule.

If you are not fully vaccinated and travel out of Nuuk, you must quarantine for five days and get tested for COVID-19 when you arrive at your destination in Greenland. You must get tested on the 5th day or later after travelling out, and if your test result is negative then you are considered not infected. If you do not get tested on the 5th day, you must remain in the same town for at least 14 consecutive days before you may travel somewhere else.

This do not apply to children in the age 0-11 years old.

People who have tested positive for COVID-19 can use a positive corona test that is between 14 days and 12 weeks old as documentation.
